At Children Without Hunger (CWH), our team is more than just a group of individuals – we are a collective vision of transformation. Although we are still in the early stages of our journey, with many of our plans still on paper, each one of us shares the same passion and dedication to creating a future where no child has to face hunger, neglect, or lack of opportunities.

Our goal is to build a team with the following components:

Visionary Leaders: CWH's leadership is driven by the conviction that every child deserves a better future. Our mission is to guide efforts to establish an environment of education and care where children can develop, learn, and, one day, achieve their dreams.

Educators and Trainers: We aim to recruit educators who, as innovators, can create a safe and inspiring environment. While we are currently in the planning phase, our goal is to offer not only academic education but also emotional and social support to children who have already faced many adversities.

Field and Outreach Specialists: We are working to form a field team that, soon, will work directly with communities, identifying the needs of children and ensuring that our programs reach those who need them most. We aim to build strong partnerships with local communities to create a lasting impact.

Support and Operations Team: Behind the scenes, we plan to have an operations team responsible for ensuring that all donations are used effectively and that resources reach where they are most needed. Our commitment will be to transparency, ensuring that our supporters see the real impact of their contributions.

Partners and Volunteers: Although we do not yet have an established network of partners, our goal is to build alliances with organizations and volunteers who are committed to our cause. They will be crucial in expanding our reach and ensuring that our vision becomes a reality.
